Community Pool Opening Delayed Until After Memorial Day Weekend
Dear Marvella Metropolitan District Residents,
We are writing to provide an important update regarding the community pool opening timeline.
Following recent repairs to address significant pool leaks, the contractor did not complete the required work within the expected timeframe. Although the repairs have now been completed, the delay has affected the remaining steps needed to prepare the pool for opening. As a result, the pool will not be open during Memorial Day weekend.
Before the pool can safely open, all required filling, water balancing, and safety checks must be completed.
CRS and the District understand this delay is frustrating, particularly for residents who planned to use the pool over the holiday weekend. We will continue monitoring the remaining readiness items and will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
