Dear Marvella Metro District Residents,

 

We wanted to take a moment to review a few items we have been seeing throughout the community before covenant enforcement begins with Advance HOA Management. Please take a moment to review the following friendly reminders.

 

Trash

1. Trash cans may be placed at the curb the evening before your scheduled collection day.
2. Trash cans must be returned out of public view by the end of the collection day.
3. Trash cans should not be stored in front of the garage or in side yards. If stored in the backyard, they should be kept behind the fence line.

 

Landscaping

We understand it has been a hot summer and watering restrictions have made landscaping more challenging. However, homeowners are still responsible for maintaining their property.

1. Lawns should be mowed regularly.
2. Shrubs and landscaping should be trimmed as needed.
3. Weeds must be removed from flower beds, rock beds, lawns and all landscaped areas in both the front and back yards.

 

Sports Equipment

We know the kids are enjoying their summer break and spending time outdoors. Please remember that all basketball hoops, portable nets, bicycles, and other sports equipment should be put away after each use. Leaving these items out creates a safety concern by obstructing sidewalks, streets, and sight lines for pedestrians and vehicles. When not in use, please store all equipment at the top of your driveway, inside your garage, or in another approved location out of public right away.

 

Pool Reminder

The Board has terminated the current pool service provider and is in the process of transitioning to Aspen Aquatics. Please help keep the pool area clean by picking up after yourself, disposing of trash properly, and respecting the common areas. We are excited about this change and hope it will provide improved service and a better overall experience for everyone using the pool.

Board Meeting

The Board has cancelled the August 14th Regular Meeting of the Board (Notice of Cancellation is available on the District website: Board Regular Meeting - Cancelled - Marvella Metropolitan District). The Board will be holding a Special Meeting on Tuesday, August 25th at 12:00PM. Additional Information and the Notice for this meeting will be sent to residents soon.
