Dear Marvella Residents,

As summer comes to an end, we would like to remind everyone that the Marvella pool will close for the season on September 13, 2026.

We hope you enjoy the remaining days of the pool season and take advantage of the facility before it closes. As a reminder, please continue to follow all posted pool rules and safety guidelines during your visits.
To help keep the pool clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, please remember to:

• Clean up after yourself and your guests before leaving the pool area.
• Dispose of all trash and personal items properly.
• No Jumping off the waterfall or safety related areas.
• Follow all posted pool rules and safety guidelines.
• Be respectful of other residents and their guests while using the pool.
• Make sure all personal belongings are removed when you leave.

Please remember that the pool is a shared community amenity, and everyone's cooperation helps ensure that it remains a clean, safe, and enjoyable space for all residents.

Watering Restrictions Beginning October 1, 2026

Denver Water has amended its Stage 1 Drought Declaration, ending the irrigation season beginning October 1, 2026.
• Grass: Irrigation must stop after September 30, except for limited high-traffic active-use areas with an approved water budget or variance.
• Trees, shrubs & perennials: Hand watering with an automatic shutoff nozzle and drip/low-volume, non-spray irrigation are allowed. Spray irrigation is prohibited.
• Annuals & vegetables: Low-volume, non-spray irrigation or hand watering is allowed until the first frost.
• New grass: Establishment after September 30 requires an approved variance, except under limited circumstances.
• Irrigation systems: May be operated for installation, repairs, and maintenance, provided they are attended and no water waste occurs.

Please ensure irrigation schedules are updated before October 1, 2026, to comply with the new restrictions. If you have any questions or concerns, please follow up with Denver Water at 303-893-2444 or Denverwater.org.
Thank you for your cooperation throughout the season. We hope everyone enjoys the remainder of the summer!
