Marvella Metropolitan District Community Updates
Dear Residents,
We hope you are enjoying the summer season. As part of our commitment to keeping you informed, we’d like to provide an update on current District activities and ongoing projects.
Pool Temperature Update
We are aware of the concerns regarding inconsistent pool temperatures. In response, we are conducting a test by temporarily turning off the pool’s water features to evaluate whether this helps stabilize the temperature. We appreciate your patience while we work to ensure a more consistent and enjoyable swimming experience.
New Guardrail Installed
A new guardrail has been installed along the waterfall feature of the pool to improve safety for all users. Thank you for your patience while this upgrade was completed.
Irrigation and Landscaping Updates
- Bridge and Native Area Irrigation Repairs: The irrigation issues on the bridge and in the native areas have been resolved. These systems are now functioning properly and are supporting the health of the landscape.
- Aurora Water Project: Aurora Water has completed their project in the native area. Restoration is nearly finished, and additional concrete slabs have been installed to help prevent future damage.
- Entrance Landscaping: We are refreshing the landscaping at the community entrance with colorful, seasonal flowers. At the same time, we’re gradually transitioning to more perennial varieties, which are lower-maintenance and more sustainable over the long term.
Ongoing District Operations
Our team continues to coordinate with vendors to maintain community amenities and public areas. This includes regular landscaping, irrigation monitoring, facility inspections, and other upkeep to ensure the neighborhood remains attractive, safe, and functional.
As always, if you have any questions or notice something that needs attention, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the District Manager, Michael Schenfeld, at mschenfeld@crsofcolorado.com
Have a wonderful weekend!
